The Brown family — Scott, Tina, and Samson Brown — spent over 25 years in the towing and roadside assistance industry. They dispatched tow trucks. They took calls at 2 AM from stranded drivers. They handled accident scenes, dead batteries in grocery store parking lots, and vehicles stuck on muddy county roads in the middle of nowhere. They lived the business from the ground up.
Over those 25 years, the Browns saw the same problem over and over again: drivers who needed help had no way to compare their options.
